Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped out within 1-5 business days of purchase. You will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has been shipped.

 

Incorrect Addresses on Orders

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address.  Please verify that you entered the correct address including bldg., suite, and apartment numbers.  Please email us at ehaircarepro@gmail.com with the correct address BEFORE the order is shipped.  We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.  If your order is returned to us, you will have to pay shipping for re-delivery.  

 

Refund Policy

We value our customers’ satisfaction and are committed to providing quality products and services. However, due to the nature of our products and services, products cannot be refunded or exchanged.  All sales are final. 

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.  Contact us immediately if an item is damaged or you receive the wrong item.  We will replace products damaged during shipment.  Please submit photographic proof to ehaircarpro@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
